Brenden Seter - Mountain Summer Farm
Description:
Brenden Seter counts its tradition back to the early 1600s, probably earlier. The oldest houses date back to this time. The main house, which may be hired for overnight stays, dates back to 1727. More kings have visited Lordalen, among them St Olav. There are four generations present on the summer farm, four dairy maids and one assistant. Brenden Seter has a summer farm dairy, and also a small museum. Sale of cheese, sour cream, traditional bakery and handicrafts. Guided tours have to be booked one day on beforehand. More domestic animals, among them some kids.
