Description: Gudbrandsdal War Memorial is located in "Vollsfjoset" in the centre of Kvam. The exhibition documents the history of war in Gudbrandsdalen, and encompasses both the "Scottish Raid" of 1612, the events of the war in 1940, the occupation years and the spring when peace came in 1945. Gudbrandsdal War Memorial is situated in the neighbourhood of Kvam fredspark (peace park) and Kvam church.
