Description: Jørundgard is a reconstruction of a medieval farmstead as it might have appeared before the Black Death. The farmstead encompasses many buildings and a simple stave church was built for the major Norwegian film production of "Kristin Lavransdatter", based on the trilogy by Sigrid Undset. The main character Kristin grew up on Jørundgard in Sel. The farmstead offers overnight accommodations in "pilgrim" style.
