Museum: June-Aug: Tue-Fri 11 am-4pm, Sat-Sun 12 noon-4 pm. Otherwise by appointment. Docu.centre: Thu 9am-3pm. Administration: Tue-Fri 9 am-3 pm all year.


Description: Hadeland Folk Museum is situated in a characteristic cultural landscape on the Pilgrim Road. With its many buildings the museum gives you a good impression of life and work on Hadeland in the 18th and 19th century. Near by lies Tingelstad old church from 1220. Guided tours in the church during summer. There is a museum shop and also a cafe on the premises. The museum has various activities and demonstrations for the whole family. The museum also comprises a library and an archive. Welcome!
