Glopheim Cafe is situated at the gateway to The Rondane National Tourist Route. It is an original cafe from the fifties, now listed as a cultural monument. The cafe is probably the best preserved of its kind in Norway, with all the typical equipment from that decade, such as a jukebox and different games. The equipment also includes an old black-and-white television set, cane chairs and other pieces of furniture typical of the time. The cafe is open every Saturday, during summer every day. This is a nice meeting place for nostalgic people! |
